In the Spring of 2024 we had the opportunity to move the Traction Wellness office space to a more accessible area of Newport News in the newly opened The Iron Asylum Warehouse Gym . As a result, our clients now have access to one of the largest gyms in the area while still receiving direct services through us. This move has enhance both the Physical Therapy and Personal Training sides of our practice immensely.
